Cell and Equipping Ministry

Our goal is to ensure all new people are given the opportunity to become connected with NLF (Changed Lives), to actively encourage and nurture church members through healthy cell groups (Make Disciples) while providing and coordinating pastoral care for church members (Serve People). We encompass three key areas:

•  New People: involves follow-up and connects people to become NLF members.
• Cell Groups: focuses on cell leadership, development, and mentoring.
• Pastoral Care/Counseling: equips, trains, and utilizes to become NLF lay leaders.
